Job Description
The Helpdesk Technician will have basic computer and cellphone troubleshooting skills, with a customer service frame of mind at Cook’s Pest Control.
Specific Duties Include:
Knowledge of Mac/Windows OS operationally.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Working knowledge of IP networking and telephony.
Basic knowledge of remotely diagnosing problems.
Working knowledge of printer configuration, troubleshooting and support.
Familiar with mobile device operating systems and cellular technology.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with voice communications
