$65,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
We're seeking experienced IT Support Specialists for our federal client! You will be providing deskside support in their D.C. office and remote support for their remaining 18 offices nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer employee questions regarding and gather/analyze data to diagnose issues with computer systems, mobile devices, multifunction printers/copiers, and videoconferencing tools, escalating to higher-level support as needed.
Install new software/hardware drivers and update existing ones, as needed.
Log all service requests and service request updates, as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university.
5+ years of experience in IT support, including:
Computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
Troubleshooting common issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
IT operation ticketing systems, help desk software, and remote support tools/technologies.
Providing remote assistance to users located offsite or in different locations.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
