Job Description
Provide daily reporting of NASA’s enterprise-wide end-user and IT services.
Validate and reconcile monthly IT services invoices.
Place refresh orders and new orders for computer and mobile devices.
Track and report discrepancies in refresh and general fulfillment data.
Create and produce on demand reports and order services for the Workplace and Collaboration Services (WCS) service line and LaRC personnel and customers.
Develop and deliver training sessions with organization IT stakeholders.
