Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related issues, such as hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and printer issues
Perform remote and on-site support to clients when needed
Manage and maintain clients' IT infrastructure such as workstations, servers, and network devices
Keep clients informed of the status of their tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
Document IT-related issues, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing
Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve the company's IT support procedures and processes
Deploy and configure new systems including VOIP, IP Cameras, Networking Equipment, Workstations, and more
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems effectively
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Capability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to learn and apply new technologies and processes
