Position Overview:

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Planning:
Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and architecture designs to support the company's business objectives and growth plans.
Network Management:
Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks, to ensure high availability and performance.
Server Administration:
Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and data center facilities, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Cloud Services Management:
Lead the adoption and management of cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, to leverage the benefits of cloud computing and ensure seamless integration with on-premises systems.
Security Management:
Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's IT assets and data against cybersecurity threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity and data protection in the event of system failures or disasters.
IT Operations:
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and incident management, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions within budget and timelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and security analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Governance:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex IT environments.
Strong technical expertise in networking, server administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure technologies and platforms, including Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, and cloud services.
Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, stakeholders, and projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Project management experience, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
