What's cool about this job? Every day, you'll be building relationships with clients, vendors, &
carriers &
be their main point of contact when they need materials &
items from the inventory you manage &
control through your exceptional mastery of the inventory tracking system that knows what is in stock currently, enroute, or in the near future so you can help clients meet, manage, or exceed project deadlines.
Here are some of the things you will have accomplished by the end of your first year:
Master &
manage the inventory tracking system to;

Input &
track received PO's
Communicate orders to &
from different carriers
Know delivery dates &
times in real time
Accept &
document materials madeto the facility
Schedule, prepare for, &
track all outgoing orders
Assist clients by keeping things organized &
on schedule
Receiving deliverables from carries to your warehouse;
Putting them in their respective areas
Keep documentation of any changes &
missing &
/or unaccounted for items &
materials
Inputting them into the tracking system to update inventory counts
Prepare items for shipping;
Printing &
applying shipping labels
Noting items contents, delivery methods, &
other logistical details
Leverage your creative &
innovative thinking to identify &
resolve shipping, storage, &
/or receiving discrepancies as they come up.

What you can expect during the interview process:
Submitting your initial application to the position activates the on-boarding process via email
Your first interaction will be the initial 30 minute phone call appointment where we will get to know you &
finalize your on-boarding process
Your first interview will be with our recruiter either in-person or via zoom
Your second interview will be face to face with the hiring manager
A job offer will be extended after the interview process is completed &
the hiring manager makes the hard choice of who to extend it to
