Inventory Control Specialist

Apple Roofing and St. Raphael Roofing have recently merged and are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Ft. Myers, FL location!
Inventory Control Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify the quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips
Prepare material supply orders for service and installation crews ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for next day’s work orders
Handle monthly inventory counts
Assist in validation of materials to job costs for profitability tracking
Assist with fleet management
Handle facilities maintenance
Prepare project materials pulled tickets for job costing
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all safety procedures and regulations (OSHA)
Requirements
High school diploma or GED certificate
Previous experience in a warehouse environment required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow directions
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift certified, preferred
Bi-lingual preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
Benefits
