International Technical Recruiter

Confiz is looking to hire anInternational Technical Recruiter to lead the end-to-endtalentacquisition cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop &
implementingtalentacquisition strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the North American Region. The ideal candidate will be able to track recruitment metrics, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical conduct.
The Candidate will be working with offshore teams, based in the US from 8:
00 AM EST to 4:
00 PM EST.
Sourcing candidates through various job-boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster etc.
CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence &
liaison with candidatesand respective interviewers.
Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Being on a constant lookout for talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Manage onboarding / off-boarding of North American employees.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Create and maintain dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
Engage and manage stakeholders throughout thetalentacquisition process to ensure alignment and collaboration in hiring decisions
Ensure compliance ofrecruitmentprocedures within the organization
Uphold ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
Requirements:

Bachelor / Masters in HRM, Business Management or Social Sciences.
3-5years relevant experience in global technical recruitment in theI.T industry.
Working experience with US candidates would be a strong plus.
Expereince with E2E recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation)
Candidate must be professionally well-connected and willing to leverage outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
Multi-tasking &
go-getter attitude withhigh work ethics.
Excellent verbal &
written communication skills.
High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

00 PM EST
