We have one opening for this job and it can be worked on a Hybrid basis from our DC/Midtown, Reston, VA or Plano, TX office.

TheInternal Communications Strategist – HR role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care, so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with, advise, and support the Human Resources business partners by leading enterprise strategic communications, and supporting change management initiatives and employee engagement in support of business priorities.
Educate employees about our business and mission through storytelling and data-driven communications channels and tactics.
Partner with Marketing and External Communications colleagues on integrated strategic communications campaigns.
Take end to end ownership of work by creating, implementing, and overseeing communications deliverables and delegating, coordinating, and reviewing the team’s work as appropriate.
Support authoring, reviewing, or contributing to internal campaigns and editorial calendars (blogs, creative briefs, articles) that may have a broader reach externally.
Serve as a mentor to early-career team members across the organization.
