Our team continuously works on the digitalization of our business-to-business processes and end consumer communication, using leading web technologies and a strong focus on data science and artificial intelligence. We run Continental’s global customer relationship management platform, which supports our Sales colleagues in their daily interaction with customers.
The Data Science Intern will be responsible for the following:
Help develop a Proof of Concept for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Continental Tire. The CRM system captures and stores sales accounts information and event logs related to those accounts. The event logs include large amounts of unstructured free text records. Customers and salespeople have better opportunities to add thoughts and comments by writing free text not constrained by pre-determined questions or choices. Natural language processing (NLP), the deciphering of text and data by machines, has revolutionized data analytics across all industries.
Help create prototypes to extract valuable insights and patterns from the unstructured data stored in the CRM system by using NLP’s techniques
