Requirements
An active Michigan Property and Casualty License is required
Previous Insurance experience is preferred but willing to train.
Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
