We're searching for an experienced and motivated Insurance Producer to join a growing team! If you have have a strong background in Insurance sales, a passion for helping customers find the right coverage and a drive to generate new business. You'll have a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of insurance products and develop meaningful client relationships.

The Insurance Sales ProducerWill:
Business Development:
Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Client Consultation:
Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Insurance Expertise:
Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage and policy options, including Group and Individual Health, Dental, Vision &
Life, Workers Compensation, and Disability Insurance;
General and Professional Liability, including Director &
Officers, Errors &
Omissions;
and Property and Casualty, including Commercial Auto Insurance.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
Industry Engagement:
Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the companys CRM system.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Your Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:
Must have a valid insurance license.
Previous experience as a Producer or in Insurance Sales.
Proven track record with a previous book of business.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
