Instructional Design Intern

Job Description
As an Instructional Design Intern, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to support Ridgeline’s strategic learning initiatives. Under the direction of the Academics and Customer Experience SMEs, you will assist in designing and developing instructional materials and learning resources for technical and complex topics. This position is an excellent opportunity to apply instructional design theories and principles, while leveraging RI systems and tools in the learning environment.
What you will do:
Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide learning solutions to align with Ridgeline's business objectives.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop learning experiences that utilize sound instructional design principles and best practices.
Incorporate trends in learning experience design, methodologies, and technology solutions into RI learning experiences.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure shared goals are met.
Create a one-day face-to-face training course anda microlearning eLearning module.
