As an Inside Sales Representative for our company, you’re going to be one of the voices that our customers come to know and love. You’ll help increase revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating and providing services for your customers. You’ll be taking orders for deliveries and pick-ups, as well as handling some mechanical troubleshooting for equipment over the phone. You’re the acting liaison between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions are developed for the benefit of all parties.
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel - Intermediate
Relationship Building - Some Knowledge
Phone - High Call Volume - Intermediate
Customer Service - Intermediate
Construction Equipment - Some Knowledge
AS400 - Some Knowledge
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
Construction or customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
You have basic computer skills &
Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
You are good with multi-tasking and able to perform under pressure as tasks will shift by priority.
Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.
Technologically capable:
If you don’t know AS400 or CAD systems it’s okay but be willing to learn!
You’re a top-notch communicator with an infectious personality;
comfortable and charming.
Have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be talking to a lot of people, keep up the positive attitude!
Be capable of collaborating with other team members:
You’ve got sales goals, and you can’t meet all of them alone.
You are seeking a career where you can grow and advance in the equipment rental industry.
