We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales. This role will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outbound Calls:
Engage with potential insurance agents/companies through outbound calls, making over 150 calls a day.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Articulate the value propositions and benefits of the company's products and services.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales effectively.
CRM and Sales Tools Utilization:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Utilize sales automation tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics and sales targets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, telesales, or call center environments (preferred).
Strong phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Experience making over 100 calls a day, including both cold and warm calls.
CRM experience and proficiency in sales automation tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous sales experience in Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.G., debt consolidators, tax relief, insurance agents) is a plus.

Compensation:
Base Pay:
$17.10 Hourly base plus UNCAPPED Commissions and Performance Bonuses
First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$80,000
Top Performers:
Surpassing $150,000 in their second year
