Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative position is the perfect opportunity to start and build a career in the IT security sales industry. Vinitech provides training and mentorship to support a career path leading to success. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be on the front lines for generating interest in Vinitechs IT security and storage solutions. You will identify decision makers, qualify incoming leads and manage our sales process. You will also manage and nurture a large prospect pipeline to ensure timely connections.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for the company's products and services via cold calling, email campaigns and other marketing initiatives
  • Identify decision makers, set appointments, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing
  • Collaborate with vendors to facilitate sales presentations, product demonstrations negotiating and closing new business
  • Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or commensurate experience
  • Minimum 2 years sales related experience (hunting, customer service or IT experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone with all levels of IT executives
  • You must be competitive, self-motivated, and have the desire for rapid career advancement
  • Ability and strong desire to quickly learn new technologies
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
