You will be responsible for generating new business leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our marketing and advertising services
Identify and qualify leads, and maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Present sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the marketing and advertising industry
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
