Salary Range:
$59,000 - $70,000 annual depending on experience. We are seeking anInplant Manager to work at our customer's site.This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room andmaking ink.As an Inplant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Performing technical service, color matching,ink production and dispensing ink
Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs
Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
Inventory management and monthly consignment counts
Maintaining customer satisfaction by superior service
Maintaining sound relations with customers
Ensuringthat the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolvingthem immediately and documentingappropriately
Directing, coordinating, and planningthe activities of INX Inplant Technicians
Communicatingand training all INX Inplant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicable
Providingcontinued operational support and conducting inplant quality audits
