What an Ingredient Control Specialist will do:
- Pre-weigh ingredients following specific recipes
- Batch soft drinks and energy drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of areas responsible for
- Monitor activities in the area of responsibility at all times during a shift
- Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met
- Follow recipes and directions, “to the letter”
- Conduct physical counts on customer-owned inventories
- Learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility
What you need to be an Ingredient Control Specialist:
- 1+ years of experience in a Production environment is preferred
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willingness to work and direct in confined spaces and with high-pressure steam
- Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicals
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers and visitors
