Job Description
We are a looking for a Infrastructure Scrum Master III to join our team.You will play a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating our agile development process, ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum and Agile principles and beServant leader for scrum teams accountable for team’s effectiveness.
This position is basedon-site inEnglewood, CO, USAand will be a W-2 Hourly 6-month contract with possible extension.
The hourly rate is $50/hr. – $53/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
Coaching team members in agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
Helping team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Helping remove impediments to team’s progress.
Ensuring all Scrum events occur and are engaging and productive (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review).
Working with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
