Our client, an early-stage, fast-growing e-commerce brand headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Strategist to collaborate closely with Chief Marketing Officer to shape the influencer marketing program. As a key leader within our Marketing Department, your mission is to build and grow our brand, enhancing customer base and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships, compelling communications, and unforgettable brand experiences! You'll ensure every campaign not only resonates with our customer audience but also contributes to our ambitious sales goals and brand loyalty where you’ll harness your creativity and strategic insight to drive our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns that align with Nominal's brand values and objectives.
Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with influencers who resonate with our target demographics and brand ethos.
Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging, brand-aligned content that tells Nominal’s story. Act as a creative soundboard for each influencer, providing genuine feedback, content inspiration, and support for other collaborative efforts.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about content trends, relevant creators, and industry shifts. This ensures Nominal is quick to engage with new creators and explore fresh content mediums.
Build and maintain strong, personable relationships with influencers and partners. Fostering personal relationships with these creators helps establish a community both inside and outside of the brand.
Curate and ideate exciting PR boxes, including physical assembly and thoughtful inclusion of items to enhance influencer engagement.
Track campaign performance, calculate ROI, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize influencer investments. This includes giving creators a set amount of time to achieve a positive ROI before removing them from the program and experimenting with other investments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
ideally in marketing orrelated field
2-4 years of experience in the influencer marketing space
Strong skills in social media and networking are critical for engaging effectively with our audience.
A knack for innovation, constantly seeking new and effective ways to meet our goals.
Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for influencer marketing and analytics.
Self-starter with natural curiosity to identify white space opportunities and develop strategies to optimize performance in the influencer marketing landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
