Overview:
The Industry Marketing Coordinator is an industry vertical focused marketing role, with a specific focus on the Healthcare and Construction industries. This role will help execute strategic marketing programs supporting the awareness, perception, solutions-oriented communications, and sales efforts for the Healthcare and Construction Industry practices.

The Industry Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Industry Marketing Manager, the SVP of Marketing, the Healthcare and Construction Industry Practice Leaders, and other leaders across the business to help deliver strategic marketing programs and thought leadership content about GB’s expertise and solutions within the Healthcare and Construction industries. The first priority for the Industry Marketing Coordinator will be to dive into existing content and resources in the healthcare and construction space and immerse themselves in the marketing program development process as directed by the Industry Marketing Manager. GB’s current thought leadership content demonstrates our expertise, value proposition, and positioning within the healthcare and construction industries as a unified set of GB solutions.

As the main tactical support resource within our Industry Marketing focus, the Industry Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop and champion content targeted to these industries across all owned, earned, and paid channels to drive lead generation and cross-selling efforts. From speaking engagements to whitepapers to webinars to press releases, the Industry Marketing Coordinator will work to help deliver the content to power external marketing and promotional programs, provide internal stakeholder access and guidance on how to leverage the content and ensure alignment with the GB brand.

How you'll make an impact:
Support of healthcare and construction thought leadership content development process across GB, inclusive of all marketing messaging/collateral/assets, as directed by Industry Marketing Manager
Support the organization of healthcare and construction-specific thought leadership content including an editorial calendar (quarterly content bundles, conference speaking submission deadlines and engagements, client seminars, etc.)
Key tactical contact for healthcare and construction-specific marketing programs and thought leadership development with Healthcare and Construction Practice Leaders,
Partnering with Industry Marketing Manager as well as Sales and Practice Leaders on building collateral and tools to assist in internal communications and education.
Competitive analysis
Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables
Contribute to planning and attending appropriate tradeshows and conferences
Champion healthcare and construction capabilities and insights where applicable in core thought leadership content
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards for all product marketing assets

About you:
Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, ideally with some relevant experience in insurance, healthcare, and/or construction and in B2B marketing of these industry solutions.
Excellent, customer-centric oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar, copywriting, and proofreading
Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills interfacing with subject matter experts to produce content
Experience developing and managing project plans and editorial calendars including speaking submissions, speaking engagements and content releases
Experience gathering details on market dynamics, client needs and technology, and leveraging this knowledge to create compelling content that highlights the value of a service offering
Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to pivot quickly when business dynamics or requirements shift

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic;
able to operate independently and with minimal supervision
