Job Description
Successful candidate will be responsible for garnering all in-plant cross-functional approvals/support for deviations from norm, and industrializing/implementing the deviated parts/process(es) in a good way
They will also be responsible for all tracking of progress and reporting out of same to all management levels
Plan, follow-up and deliver Industrialization projects with limited complexity cross organizations or complex subprojects within own organization according to agreed scope, budget, time plan and quality
Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan;
taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager
Qualifications
8+ years or more relevant experience from Automotive / heavy commercial industry
Can manage projects with high complexity for major delivery with medium to high impact on the business.
Certification in project management preferred.
