Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of the maintenance staff and function toward Total Productive Maintenance
• Accountable to management of two company divisions on-site to investigate, evaluate, plan, and implement continuous improvement toward a LEAN integrated maintenance system.
• Scheduling maintenance activities
• Allocating maintenance resources
• Harnessing and enhancing CMMS capabilities
• Participating in CI visioning and weekly management performance meetings
• Leading maintenance performance toward OEE targets
