As an Industrial Grinder, you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to shape and finish metal and other materials according to precise specifications. Responsibilities
Set up and operate various types of grinding machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired shape and finish
Perform grinding operations on a variety of materials
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain accurate records of production data
Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
Proven experience as an Industrial Grinder or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of grinding techniques and processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with different types of grinding machines
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
