Job Description
This position is a travel position. Travel will be between Somerset, Marlboro, and Willingboro, NJ. Mileage reimbursement available.
What You Get to Do:
TheIndividual Service Plan (ISP) Coordinatoris responsible for the development of the strategies, objectives and activities that will enable the consumers receiving day habilitation and pre-vocational services to meet their day habilitation and pre-vocational outcomes. These strategies should be designed to meet the educational, social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of the program participants based upon identified interests, needs, abilities and consistent with the individual’s service plan.
TheIndividual Service Plan (ISP) Coordinatoris responsible to work cooperatively with the Vocational Program Director, Behavior Support Specialist, and other staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and to assist the vocational program director in maintaining consistency in programming across multiple vocational day programs throughout the state of New Jersey.
