Job Description
This job's primary purpose is to provide the best possible customer service for guests and owners who preview Westgate's ownership program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures.
Represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times.
Greet guest arriving to the preview center in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to questions and/or concerns from guest and owners. Assist guests and owners in obtaining food and beverage offerings and refreshments.
Partner with kitchen team members to ensure refreshment area is clean and stocked. Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
Watch sales floor for sales representatives that need assistance. Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures.
