About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Technical Consultant Specialist, you'll support our Professional Services team who bring technical expertise and industry knowledge to our clients through consulting services, integration and managed services that accelerate business growth. You'll be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of various projects and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors while supporting the FIS' Commercial Loan Servicing product (formerly ACBS). You'll ensure continuous and effective services are provided and project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the end-to-end deployment of software solutions, including installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translating these requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
Customize software solutions to fit client-specific needs and integrate them with existing systems and infrastructure
Provide technical support during and after implementation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth operation of the software
Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation to support the implementation process and user adoption
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to internal processes and methodologies
Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solutions to validate functionality and performance
What you bring:
Commercial Lending experience on Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS, formerly known as ACBS) for 5+ years
10+ years experience with systems integration and implementation experience in the financial services industry
Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business
Experience with API's and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/waterfall methodologies
Skill in versions of HTML programming and two or more programming languages (e.G. Java, Python, C#)
Expert human relations, negotiation and documentation skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
