About the role
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.
About the team
Essentially, my team is responsible for all Special Project and Large Debit Implementations migrations. We work with Visa and Master Card as well as our core to work with clients to understand how they want their programs to be ran and implemented.
This includes other various debit products and services, i.E. fraud programs, ATMs, Network, etc. We lead large stand-alone projects or program with multiple suppliers and vendors. Manage multiple workstreams within a larger program or oversee a portfolio of projects.
What you will be doing
Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.
Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.
Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.
Training customers on new systems and procedures.
Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.
As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements. Obtains formal customer acceptance of results.
Carefully examines data and reports to make sure conversion is proceeding correctly, runs test scripts with various data.
Coordinates and conducts readiness review. This includes directing the customer in the preparation and execution of test scripts to verify accuracy of data, training and procedures, system set-up and reports.
Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system.
Conducts train the trainer sessions to instruct and train internal customers (employees) or external customers on changes, new systems, or new procedures.
Acts as an on-site resource during conversion and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, conducts last minute training if necessary and provides support during conversion week.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $58,910.00 - $96,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
