Skills:
Background of Identity governance tools like One Identity, SailPoint..
Understanding of general Identity and Access Management and IT Security principles
Functional knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups
Basic SQL &
Powershell skills
Excellent at problem solving and follow up
Nice to have:
.Net, API based integration
Responsibilities:
Work with other teams, vendors, and service providers to implement best practices with identity governance
Proactively identify gaps in the system and brainstorm potential solutions
Review incident tickets and work orders, follow up with users to ensure addressing their concerns in a timely manner
Other responsibilities as required
