General Summary
Under general supervision, assist implementation and support management for large enterprise multi clustered Cisco UC infrastructure. Assist in site readiness assessments and preparation through deployments and cut overs. Primary responsibilities include:
providing daily operational support for enterprise Cisco UC infrastructure and other communication system.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. These are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties performed by personnel so classified.
1. Provide daily Enterprise Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Unity, Jabber, VCS and all other telephony related systems moves, add’s and changes.
2. Assist in infrastructure systems maintenance and upgrades.
3. Support hybrid traditional PBX/VoIP solutions.
4. Provides input and recommendations to staff and management when potential problem areas are identified or policies or procedures require modification or new ones are needed. Assist in developing test plans. Recommend and follow proper escalation procedures to minimize any outages that may occur.
