Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Repair, replace, and maintainvarious types of HVAC units across our campus, ensuring allheating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems consistently operate at peak performance.
Establishand documenta proactive preventative maintenance program.
Packpumps and compressors,cleancondensers, and replaceany worn or defective parts.
Manageair conditioning filters, promptly discarding the old ones, installnew filters, and diligently labelthem before installation.
Conduct maintenance of evaporator and condenser coils.
