Hvac Technician

Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Repair, replace and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
Work and document a preventative maintenance program
Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
Changeout air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing with new filters, labeling new filter prior to installation
Maintain air handler closets regularly
PerformHVAC preventative maintenance
Perform any other assigned duties as required
