Requirements
Understand and utilize cutting edge equipment estimation software, presenting multiple options to our customers every time
At least 1 year or more of residential trade sales experience.
Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
Get rewarded for maintaining our sales average goals while providing good business ethics. Never sell the client something that they don’t need. Perform a proper inspection of the client’s system. Make sure you look for ways to save the customer money, time, or effort.
Give multiple options to customer while educating them on what they need and what will benefit them.
Explain the benefits of newer higher efficiency equipment to the client.
Explain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join.
Maintain your sales vehicle so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
Dependable and a self-starter.
Goal and results driven.
