Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you'll be part of an innovative HR department, empowering you to make a real difference in our organization.
This is a hybrid role, and will be two days a week in our Cary, NC headquarters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, development, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders across the business to identify program needs, objectives, and success metrics
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery
Oversee the implementation and execution of HR programs, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of HR programs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
Partner with HR business partners and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR programs with broader organizational initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR programs, and incorporate relevant insights into program design and execution
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR programs, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees as needed
