Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment cycle
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
Conduct regular check-ins with employees
Organize team-building activities and events
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Monitor and manage employee performance and development programs
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Experience in a startup environment
Advanced proficiency in HR software and tools
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
