Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Operations Team. This is a full-time, 5 days a week in-office position reporting, to the VP of Business Operations. The Human Resources Manager will require expertise in HR, policy and process improvement, and strategic partnership with business leaders.
Key responsibilities include driving leadership development, talent management, and change initiatives, as well as managing employee experience, engagement programs, and immigration processes. The manager will also oversee performance management, training and development, and ensure compliance with HR and TA regulations across multiple states. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the HR Coordinator.
The annual base salary is $100,000 –$120,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked .
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with the business to identify, develop, and drive key initiatives such as leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, employee and career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching for both employees and managers.
Employee Relations:
Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, ensuring fair representation of all interests.
Policy and Process Improvement:
Recommend, amend, and drive improvements to human resources systems, policies, and processes by staying updated on marketplace trends and best practices to influence the business.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with leadership, directors, and the workforce to innovate, enhance, align, and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Manage HR Coordinator:
Assist HR Coordinator with managing the relationship between PI and the PEO vendor to maximize the value of PEO services.Assist HR Coordinator with executing employee experience and engagement programs.
Performance Management:
Lead the bi-annual performance management process.Continually identify and execute optimization strategies in partnership and support of the business.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations spanning multiple states.
Immigration Management:
Manage the immigration process for identified employees, in collaboration with legal advisors.
Training and Development:
Identify and coordinate the training needs of employees to facilitate the growth and development of PI’s internal talent.
Metrics Reporting:
Prepare and present metrics reporting and presentations.
