We are adding an HR Compensation Analyst to the Phoenix family!
What is a Compensation analyst? The compensation analyst helps organizations research and develop fair compensation structures to attract and retain employees by analyzing various data.

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties
Support the Human Resources team as needed.
Develop compensation structures to optimize employee hiring and retention.
Maintain all district reporting requirements and paperwork related to the worker's compensation such as lost time claims.
Review metrics and models to predict and understand salary trends.
Assist in yearly project of risk management and safety budget.
Evaluate all current remuneration packages.
Establish compensation packages for new hires and for any new positions created.
Predict future trends to steer the company in a positive direction.
Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Certified Compensation Professional certificate is required.
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required
Level of Excellence in Customer Service
Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required;
HR experience a definite plus.
