As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resource functions. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all HR processes and policies are implemented effectively and in compliance with state and federal laws. Your role will be critical in supporting the company's growth and success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all employee information is up-to-date
- Administer performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR policies and practices are competitive and effective
- Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource role
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
