We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist with job postings on various platforms and job boards.
Screen resumes and applications and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with new employee orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Assist with offboarding processes including exit interviews and paperwork.
HRIS Maintenance:
Input and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of HR records.
Employee Relations Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and requests.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and escalate to HR management when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional HR environment.
HR Compliance:
Assist with maintaining compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.
General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
