Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientations and prepare onboarding materials.
Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
Employee Records Management:
Manage and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence and documents.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related tasks.
HRIS Maintenance:
Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, including employee information, organizational charts, and reporting structures.
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage.
Compliance and Policy Administration:
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist in the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1 year of experience in HR administration or related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
