How You’ll Make an Impact:
Epsilon is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to join the HR Information Systems team. As an HRIS Coordinator, you will support HR systems related services. The HRIS Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS and work closely with various departments across Epsilon including functional Human Resources teams (Payroll, Administration, Benefits, IT, etc.)
What You’ll Achieve:
As an HRIS Coordinator, you will be entrusted to manage confidential employee information and work with cross-functional teams across your office and beyond. You will serve as a point of contact for employees and internal business customers with reporting, IT Tickets, data inquiries, and initial troubleshooting through the HRIS inbox with timely response. You will communicate system-related updates, manage authorization and permissions for users, and maintain accurate information within HRIS for employee records and any changes. You will work closely in your team in the creation of training materials, process documentation, and user guides. Through this role, you will strengthen skills in organization, communication, and project management!
Who You Are:

Strong time management and organizational skills
1-3 years of professional experience working with HR/HRIS, Payroll, and/or Customer Service
Ability to maintain confidentiality with data and records
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
