Responsibilities
Manage and process all HR operations linked to the employee lifecycle
Process and manage payroll with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, in collaboration with any external payroll providers
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment
Ensure employee and HR-related company records are updated accurately through Exotec's dedicated (Workday)
Utilize Workday to run routine and ad-hoc reports
Draft HR related legal documents, including employment contracts and agreements
Support People and management team by contributing to local HR policies, with a special focus on compliance
Requirements
3+ years of previous experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or legal compliance roles
Strong knowledge of federal and local labor and compliance regulations
HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
