Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding, employee compensation to evaluation, and employee relations to compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues, providing support and conflict resolution as needed.
Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate training programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal setting.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and company policies.
Assist with payroll processing and related HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
HR certification (e.G., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
