Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our HR team. The Human Resource Generalist will play a key role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of new hire paperwork, and introductions to company policies and procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and employment regulations.
Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to promote employee growth and engagement.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and tracking employee training progress.
Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating HR reports as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
HR certification (e.G.,SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
