Avad3 Event Production is looking for a personable and energetic HR Generalist to help us continue to grow!
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a small business, we’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. We’ve scaled up, established our culture, and now are ready for the next phase of growth.We are looking for an HR Generalist to support team member onboarding, training and development, and team member engagement.

As an HR Generalist, you will be asked to manage a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, crafting HR policies, maintaining related records, keeping up with HR analytics for the team, team member benefits, safety, and recruiting. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
Undertake tasks around performance management like organizing performance reviews
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and team member retention
Conduct team member onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Benefits and payroll administration
Lead the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Requirements
Three to five years of HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks)
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
Experienced knowledge of employment/labor laws
HR project management capability
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Tech-savvy on Mac, iOS
Experience within the hospitality, live events or audio visual industry
