About this Position:
The HR Coordinator provides important support to HR Shared Services. Responsibilities include sorting mail, managing personnel files, and assisting with HR case management.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle printing, sorting, faxing, and mailing
Manage incoming mail and faxes
Update HR cases and documentation
Organize and maintain personnel files
Ensure proper file authorization
Coordinate with vendors for scanning
Assist with employment verifications
Distribute HR materials
Complete special projects as needed
Skills/Requirements:
HR system familiarity preferred
1 year related administrative experience preferred
Additional Information:
Initial onsite work, then hybrid office/remote
25 hours per week
5-month contract
Pay Range:
$19/hour
