Eminence Home Care is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Salisbury, MD!
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive employee experience and the smooth operation of HR processes.
Onsite:
M-F:
40 hours
You will:
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance and support.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Support the performance management process, including coordinating performance reviews and maintaining performance documentation.
Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
You will have:
1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the home health care or healthcare industry
Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
