Job Description
As a Human Resources Compliance Specialist, you will ensure the Company’s employment policies and practices are up to date and operate effectively. Areas of responsibility include the following:
regulatory compliance, reporting, workers comp administration, and OSHA reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Point person to coordinate Workers Compensation admin, along with EHS team
OSHA Compliance reporting
Compiles, prepares, and submits regulatory reports and documents including, but not limited to annual EEO-1 reporting and other government filings.
I-9 and E-Verify administration.
HRIS reporting and data analysis to look for employment trends, supporting various groups.
Design, write, and implement employment and labor policies to comply with applicable laws and drive desired business results.
Monitor and update policies and Employee Handbook to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Proactively works with field team to make sure updates are appropriately communicated.
DOT administration.
Facilitates the Code of Conduct Training
