Overview:
The HR Advisor is a crucial member of the HR team involved in aligning business goals with people strategy. In this role, you’ll develop and sustain influential relationships within the business &
HR to understand and cascade priorities across the team with a collaborative and service driven mentality.This role requires solid foundation of data management, operational HR delivery, execution, and support. This position will be on-site a minimum two-three days per week.

How you'll make an impact:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRD and HRBP inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
Be proactive in delivering HR support to HRBPs and HRDs to enable strategic talent decisions
Facilitate the implementation of talent-based actions within HR systems, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes
Regularly track talent actions and manage the approval processes to maintain smooth talent management operations
Assist the HRBP/HRD throughout the HR cycles, including talent review, succession planning, annual performance evaluations, and compensation cycles
Oversee the management of new hire workforce requirements, including onboarding and integration into company culture and processes
Conduct data analysis and compile reports that provide insights into HR metrics, aiding strategic decision-making

About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in HR operations and familiarity with HR cycles and processes
Strong understanding of HR systems and comfortable managing data and reports
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred:

Knowledge of applicable HR related laws and guidelines
Working knowledge of employment law, interviewing/recruiting techniques, and basic HR functions
Experience with Oracle HRIS

Behaviors:
